Do GCC Countries share common database of Expatriates

I have a one query Do GGC Countries share the Expatriates common database?
The context in which I am interested for this information is that if you are Ban in UAE will this impact to get the job in other GCC countries like KSA is it mandatory to disclose this information to the prospective employer that you are ban in other GCC country.
