I was wondering how the Istria/Rovinj area compares to the Split/Dalmatia one, keeping in mind that I love history, art, culture, good food, nature, and warm people, a cultural place that also has a lot of options for writing/literature, somewhere I can meet artists, writers, and open people. Does anyone have any suggestions?
