Hello everyone,
I hope everyone is well. I am looking to purchase an apartment in Malta. I have visited Malta 10 times over 3 years while I was employed in the airline industry. I have not been back in 6 years. I am sure not much has changed. Now that I am self employed, I want to purchase a second home in Malta. I plan on using it on average for about 180 days of the year. My budget is up to 800,000 Europe and I prefer a newer construction.
