Problems with these Buildings?

I’ve been to the Panama Oeste and Cocle areas and have decided to move there by year-end. Any insight into the following buildings/developments would be greatly appreciated as some seemed to be stalled and/or amenities not working:
Panama Oeste:
- Fontanella Del Mar
- Casa Mar
-Vista Mar
- Ensenada Beach & Resort
-Coronado Country Club
-Las Brisas de Coronado

Cocle:
-Patricia Italia
-Santa Clara Residences
