Scouting Beziers for walkability

Salut à tous! I'm Linda Kittrell from Dallas & now Austin, Texas & will scout Beziers in April for a nice area which has relatively flat/level terrain and nearby conveniences such as markets/groceries/bakeries/pharmacies, etc. , because I do not want a car! I've noticed in photos on google maps that some areas seem to have steep inclines. At 75 I'd prefer not to have to walk uphill...not lazy, just ageing! I would appreciate any suggestions. Merci!
