Married to a filippino living abroad in the US for 10+ years. Her family is in south Cebu City. Retireing around 2028 Looking at townhouse purchases in either Casa Mira South or Consolacion area. If anyone has any insights to new build townhouses quality and with good internet speed please let me know.
