Mobile phone plans

my expectation is that I will be moving to Cebu in late April. I hope to find as many American conveniences as possible, especially with regard to mobile phone service. Like most, I have a plan with unlimited talk/text/data where I pay monthly subscription fees. Does anyone in Cebu/Mactan have a recommendation that I might explore?
