What do expats find most challenging?

For instance, the importance of age and hierarchy in social and professional settings, or the custom of removing shoes before entering a home. The work culture in Korea is also significantly different, with long working hours and a strong emphasis on hierarchy and respect for superiors. This can be a difficult adjustment for expats used to a more relaxed or egalitarian work environment.
