Additionally, the local culture is quite conservative, and expats may find it difficult to adjust to the more traditional values and customs. Finally, the cost of living in Jurmala can be quite high, making it difficult for expats to find affordable housing and other necessities," wrote a member who made the move to Jurmala, Latvia.
