What have your experiences during the pandemic with the local healthcare system been like?

"My experiences with the local healthcare system in Nueva Gorgona during the pandemic have been positive overall. The healthcare system has been very responsive to the needs of the community, providing timely and effective care to those who need it. The healthcare workers have been incredibly dedicated and have gone above and beyond to ensure that everyone is safe and healthy. The government has also been very supportive, providing additional resources and funding to help the healthcare system cope with the increased demand. Overall, I am very impressed with the level of care and support that the local healthcare system has provided during this difficult time," wrote a member who made the move to Nueva Gorgona, Panama.

"I thought the response in Panama was good though too drastic. Closing beaches I felt was a mistake and pools at condos should have been limited not closed. Five months with no outdoor exercise was hell to live through. Also though many closures, very little enforcement," explained one expat living in Nueva Gorgona, Panama.
