What should I pack when moving to Antigua & Barbuda?

Answer this Question

We asked people living in Antigua & Barbuda to list three things they wish they had brought and three they wish they had left behind. They responded...

"When moving to Antigua & Barbuda, it is important to pack items that will help you adjust to the climate and culture. Bring lightweight, breathable clothing that is suitable for the warm, humid climate. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are also essential for protecting yourself from the sun. Additionally, it is important to bring any necessary medications, as well as a first aid kit. To help you adjust to the culture, it is also a good idea to bring books or other materials that will help you learn about the local customs and language. Finally, don't forget to bring any important documents, such as your passport and visa," remarked another expat who made the move to Antigua & Barbuda.
