What are emergency services like in Cameroon?
When we asked members about emergency services in Cameroon, they wrote...
"Emergency services in Cameroon are limited and vary depending on the region. In general, the quality of medical care is not up to the standards of many other countries. To call for an ambulance, one can contact the local fire department or police station, or dial the national emergency number, 112. However, due to the limited resources available, it is not always possible to get an ambulance in a timely manner," explained one expat living in Cameroon.
