moving to Luanda with baby

Hi, my husband and I are planning on moving to Luanda in a few months with his job. He will go over first, as I am 8 months pregnant with our first child, and will follow in the upcoming months. Can anyone give me any information about having a small baby in Luanda. I am concered about health factors and the overall saftey of bringing a baby there. Does anyone know anyone with small children that I could contact? Any information would be greatly apprecaited.
