Moving to Angola

Hi there, I am working in South Korea and will go to Angola for 1year from next march.

I have to learn Portuguese and All of Angola.

Could you please let me know for following questions?

1. How Can I learn Portuguese in Luanda?
If possible, I would like to go to University.

2. I have to buy or rent a car. Could you let me know where can I get information?
