Luanda or Lubango for 20 days? A tip please.

Hi, I'm new here and I don't know Angola at all, therefore I'd like to ask some questions please. Only expats who live in Angola can give me right tips.
I'd like to be in Angola for 20 days and I'd like to have fun but not spend a lot of money.
I'd like to stay in one town only. In your opinion is it better to stay in Luanda or Lubango?

I'm old and retired but goodlooking. Are young girls careful about a man's age to be able to attend them?
