Preparing to move

Hello,
I am working on all the permits, VISA, red tape and etc involved in moving to Austria.
I have a job waiting for me but after sifting thru many, many websites, mostly I am confused. sicherungsbescheinigung? “Arbeitserlaubnis”, “Befreiungsschein” or Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung? Haftungserklarung?
Any advice on what documents I need and which I don't ?
