Living in Innsbruck

Apart from outdoor activities, what are the main things that people do in their free time in Innsbruck? I am sixty years old, so something suitable for me. Are there ways of meeting people - such as MeetUp groups, book clubs, volunteer work. What is it like to cycle in the countryside - traffic, behaviour of drivers? Is it easy to find a family doctor, dentist etc. Are there many other Europeans/Americans living there? What about people from other continents? I'm not counting students, who will come and go.
