Finding employment

Hello,

I am an experienced legal assistant and started looking for a job to relocate to Bermuda. I was advised that I can probably earn between 70-90k per annum. I am married. I was advised that my husband should have a job first. He is a plumber and I noticed that there are hardly any plumbing jobs. He is an all rounder and willing to start at entry level. Is it easy to get an entry level job as an expat or where are some industries that he should begin looking? Any advice would be appreciated.
