Guns in Bolivia

If I move to Bolivia as my goal, can I bring my pistols with me while I check the places out and once I finally move there can I have and carry them concealed or open carry. I can't seem to find gun laws there for Americans.
Is Bolivia a gun favored society like the UDA, if so what are the fees and requirements? If it is not possible do you know another south or central American countries where it is easy to posses a gun and bring your own into the country.
