UK electrician work in Brazil, please help?!?

From what I understand general electrical work is not very well paid in Brazil.

Can anyone offer me any advice on this, or a website where I can find more information.. I have searched alot on the web and its been fruitless.

I am up to date with all uk electrical installation regulations, and have alot of experience within industrial and domestic field also I'm thinking about going into photovoltaic and alternative energy work.
And am learning portuguese at the moment.

I want to earn minimum of 20-40,000 GBP a year equivalent in Brazilians dollars, is this unrealistic? Or only achievable if contracting or running a business?

Any help, or anyone who can point me in the right direction for this information would be greatly appreciated.
