I already have a basic grasp on Portuguese. I want to take my language skills to the next level and live in a Portuguese speaking country - I know "Brasileiro" is different from "real" Portuguese, but I'd prefer to live in Rio than Lisbon.
I've been looking at two different options; university and a private language school.
The university option is proving a little complicated for me, and it looks like the courses start later than when I want to arrive.
I'm looking at private language schools instead. Do you know of any language schools in Rio that are accredited with the Ministry of Education and can issue me the necessary paper for me to apply for a student visa?
Any help would be really appreciated.
I know it's a bit of a weird question, but you appear really informed about many aspects of Brazil, I thought I'd give it a try.
Thanks very much for your help, I really appreciate it.
