Homeschooling my older children

I need to know and find out if I can and would be able to homeschool my two older sons; 1 is 13 turning 14 this coming September and when I would like to move there he will still be 14 turning 15 in the next September and my other son is 11 turning 12 next February and I also have a daughter who is 7 turning 8 this year and by the time I am thinking of moving to Algeria insha’allah she will have already turned 9 years old!!! Can someone please help me insha’allah to find out some more information on how and if I can homeschool at least my boys in Tipasa, Algeria???
