best trip: burma vs laos vs isaan?

Hi, I live in Bangkok, and want to take a ~week long trip in Northeast Thailand, Laos, or Burma. Any recommendations? Can't decide between these 3 destinations.

I've already been to Angkor Wat in Cambodia, and to Chiang Mai.

What's best for value, things to do, nightlife, and hot women, etc?
