I am visting Toronto in Feb 2004, i would be grateful if anyone could advise the best location to go to for Employment agencies, and also how they operate in practice, are they for example organised by profession? or do they generally cater for all industries? I'm a Human resource Manager and would be interested also to hear from anyone in that field who may have some tips on finding employment and training/qualifications required.
