Citizen non-resident Q

We are dual citizen (American/Canadian) living in the US.

One of the 3 of us left Canada 16 years ago. The other 2 have only resided in the U.S.

Searching the Canada Government page did not yield the results for which I am seeking. What documentation do we need to move to Canada? Is it different for the one who grew up in Canada?

Any and all advice appreciated.
