Moving to Chile soon!

Hi, I have just returned to my home in Cotacachi, Ecuador from my third trip to Chile.
I just spent three months in Ovalle and then Talca area. Talca now has serious water shortages so I am now shifting my attention to areas further south in Chile. I want to buy agricultural land with or without a house and start up organic agriculture and/or an intentional community of like-minded individuals or families.
Please communicate with me about properties for sale in southern Chile or ideas of possible intentional community.
