In the last thread, the Scotsman wrote that with a Temp RUT one can open a bank account. That is great news. I go back to the SII to get my Temp RUT tomorrow, which is great. But now I am wondering, which bank is best? Does anyone have suggestions, or reasons why one bank and not another? Are there any horror stories? Or better yet, good experiences?
