Moving to Chile

Hello folks on Expat exchange:
I am going to be retiring soon and want to immigrate to Chile. I am looking for a range of services to be sure this is the place I want to stay, for example, organic food availability in the Concepcion/Santiago region. Is it relatively stable? Is there any interest in naturopathic veterinarian services?

More on my list but if anyone has information they would like to provide, I would be grateful for your input.
