Training before going to Colombia

Hi!

I am a French student in the US.

I am looking for US managers who went to Colombia for business.

I would like to interview them about what sort of training you had from their companies before being sent to Colombia.

This is for a thesis I am writing for my Cross-Cultural Management studies.
