I am planning to retire to Medellin in the first quarter of 2013.
The time to start planning and activating those plans is now. I would like instruction on applying for a pensioner's visa. Can I begin an application process while here in the states? Where? What are the requirements?
Where can you find good apartments to rent; how do you go about this? I have looked online and all I can find are luxury apartments costing way up in the thousands of dollars.
I would appreciate all the advice I can get.
