official translation needed?

As part of the process of doing a verification of funds in order to authorize the transfer of funds from the US to Colombia to be used to purchase property, I will be giving a copy of my work contract to the bank in Colombia (both the original and a Spanish translation).

Does the Spanish translation of this document need to be a certified translation?
If so, any suggestions of businesses or qualified individuals that you would recommend for this service?
