I am in midst of purchasing a very nice apartment here in Armenia. I am grateful for the opportunity and the year and half to pay it off.

Although, it is convenient do not for one second think that I do not keep track of all payments. Point in case step one: payment is made. 2. Payment is credited 3. receipt is sent for verification purposes.

Sadly, you have to keep on these people as they get very busy or lazy depends what futbol game is on and before you know it everything goes awry.

I bug these people until I get the receipt from them showing that the account has been credited. Trust me it's up to you to follow through or your up the creek without a paddle more or less.
