Wednesday I was in the Buena Vista mall having a little lunch with my girlfriend. Walking by was a well groomed young man wearing a t shirt and printed across the front in large letters was "FU*CK.
There was this seeming normal person with the most vulgar words printed across his chest.
I see this all the time. I regularly see shirts in english, saying things like, I am easy, just ask. Kiss my ass. All kinds of innuendo and vulgarity.
Once in Cartagena I saw a shirt on one of the beach workers, "Nig**er for rent".
I am assuming that these are the clothing no one would buy in the states and are sold by the pound to brokers.
My question:
Do the people who proudly wear these shirts have any idea of how shamfull and inappropriate they are?
Do they care?
If I gave away shirts that said " I stink like sh*t" on them, would people wear them?
