Pre nup agreement

can any one help me please, I am married to a colombiana, facto de union, in November, I understand that after 2 years in the event of divorce, my wife would have a claim on any assets we have built together.i have made a pre nup there fore I am protecded for my appt, my question is, if I inherited a will from my mother in the future would my partner have a right for half, I have been told in the notaria she would not as it is classed as a gift, there fore she would have no right, but I would just like to make sure , thank you for your time.
