Typical Day or Week in Medellin?

Just curious as to how the Medellin crowd spends the average day in that city. I know this question is really difficult to answer, and somewhat of a weird question. If someone were to ask me what my "typical day" or "typical week" were like in, say. Chicago, it could range from "I hop on the subway, go to work, come back, grab an Italian beef from the restaurant across the street from my apartment, watch TV, sleep, repeat" to "I spend my weekends strolling along the beach on Lake Michigan and going to museums, and hanging out in my lively neighborhood." All depending on where I was in my life.
