Anybody know whats going on here? Received this today:
On March 8th, 2016, Ultraserfinco received a new stipulated regulation, which doesn´t allow us to continue with the following processes until otherwise ordered:
- To set up accounts for new foreign clients
- To receive new wire transfers until further notice.
We apologize for the inconvenience but new adjustments and new regulatory demands are now being established and we are subjected to these drastic changes.
Until further notice, we will like to kindly ask you to have these considerations:
1. If you started a process to open an account with Ultraserfinco, the process will be paused until new orders.
2. If you are currently foreign clients at Ultraserfinco and you have already sent a Wire Transfer to our account at Citibank. We will be sending your funds back to your personal account during this week.
3. If you have questions or concerns about a specific situation, please feel free to e-mail us
We will like to offer our most sincere apology. Also, due to the high volume of messages we are presenting do to this present situation. We will like to kindly ask you to be patient on our answers by e-mail.
