Niquia To Copacabana

Staying a 2.5 minute walk from Estadio Station and loving it,and the location. I have been checking some new places out to retire, and thought I would take the Metro to Niquia, and a taxi just to see Copacaban. Google has it as a 11 minute taxi ride. Does that sound right or any other suggestions? Thanks! On a side note its so sad in Laureles to see so many hungry people looking for help. One starving older guy asked if he could clean my plate.
