I've used them fairly frequently the last few weeks, mostly to replace stuff the airlines lost. I don't know if it's me, but I have issues with some transactions. Several transactions were held up and there was a message "waiting for payment to be credited." I don't know why that happens for only some transactions as I use the same credit card. I even called my credit card company and they told me that the merchant didn't attempt to authorize the charge. I can't figure out who to contact about it, including the merchant. In general, I find it a very unfriendly (to use) site.
Presently, I have a problem getting a bicycle computer processed. I need this! I'm tired of getting lost in Medellin (the computer is in part a navigator). Does anyone know where else I can get something like this in Colombia? google searches all lead to Mercado Libre.
