I am looking at getting my Visa upgraded which expires in end of June and I need to get the process started ASAP as everything now has become more long and onerous.
I had been using a lawyer for years, but he recently tipled his price, and wants me to sign a waiver that he has no responsibility whether I get the visa or not.
Which is OK, but if I dont have any guarantee, why bother paying triple the price.
I got a quote from the Expatgroup.co, which was more reasonable, and they gave me a list of documents needed, but I want to go in and talk to them personally about the fine details, because this is an important Visa , I am applyng for an "R" visa.

My Question is-They just answer my requests with form emails and Bot generated Whatsapp messages. Can I just arrange a trip to Medellin and show up on any particular day? Anybody else familiar with these people?
