Wine-making stores?

Hi all, I haven't seen any wine-making stores as are common in Canada. The idea is that people buy a kit, make the wine, wait a month and then bottle it and take it home. (Ideally do not drink it for a few months.) See the photo for one in Canada.

Anyway, I have not seen such stores here. Does anyone know if they exist in Colombia?
