EPS on first time pensionado visas

The june 2022 changed the rules on eps eligibility for NEW Pensionado visa aplications. New Pensionada visa holders are prohibited from going on EPS by the resolución rules.

However, I am oretty sure the EPS providers are ignorant of this and not enforcing it.

What are peoples experience?.Any issue from Eps providers?

I want to emphasize, this is for first time new Visa applications post 2022.
This does not apply to renewal of a pre renewal visas, which wor grandfathered by the old rules.

Neither does this apply to any other type of visa, pre or post resolution.

Anybody have any pertinent experience?
