Upon my last exit from JMC airport I was pleasantly surprised to be directed to the BioMig line. It seem foreigners can use it for exiting only. Zero people in the line for about ten machines. Step up; slap ya passport down and look at the camera and about fifteen seconds later the gate opens and you are done. Kind of like CLEAR in the USA.
After three years of urging my wife to register she finally took the five minutes to do so (free) and she was then allowed to use the BioMig line as well.
