I'm just curious if anybody is having delivery problems with Remitly? Or maybe it's only me. I've been here eight years and really haven't had much of an issue with them, maybe a couple of glitches here and there, but lately over the last three or so months, none of my request are being delivered on time. When submitting a request, you get an expected delivery time and date, sometimes immediate depending on what level of service is used. I have a request in right now, that was supposed to be delivered immediate (as promised), but it's been a couple of days now.
I typically use a combo of ATMs and Remitly, but I'm at the point now, I'm gonna go all ATMs from now on. There is almost no level of delivery window dependability. I'll get reimbursed the ATM fees through my Schwab account, call it a day and forget about the convenience (or inconvenience) of their service. I don't mind paying for it, but the promised delivery times are so out of whack now, I can't depend on them. It's like a box of chocolates when submitting a request, you don't know what you're gonna get. Anyone else?
