Looking for Danes in CR or Nicaragua

I am very interested in moving to CR or possibly Nicaragua. My husband is lukewarm at this point. He's Danish, and so I'm trying to find out if there are any Danes living there who we might be able to contact.

Also, I'm under the impression that there are a lot of English speakers in both countries now. Is that the case? That would be a big selling point for my husband.
