Just wanted to say as I’ve just found this site
We are looking to retire early in end of 2024 early 2025 we want to be near Paphos just outside in one of the villages
We would appreciate any help/advice you can give
We don’t know where to start somethings I’ve read seem straightforward others do not
What’s the first thing to do with regards to paperwork to get the ball rolling also it’s possible for us to rent for three months while we choose a property is that a good idea how long does it take for a purchase of property to go through we are thinking of a new build really ready to make this happen so thank you so much in advance if you are reading this
