How do taxes work...

if my family move to Denmark from the US.

Do I have to pay taxes to the US after this tax year if I move this year?(an ongoing thing I mean, like year after year even though I don't live in the US?)

I think I know how the Danish taxes work but if you know exactly how they work for an expat from the US that would be good to include too.
