Looking for a roommate - female preferrably.
Renting out one room in my apartment in KBH SV from 1 May. Apt is 78 sq m plus storage and terrace. Apt is new, has a washing machine, dishwasher, hardwood floors, a great view of canals. The area is called Copenhagen's Amsterdam as there is lots of water around.
The apt is being rented out for 3-6 months (negotiable). The price would be 3500 per month incl. cable and cleaning lady but excluding utilities.
