EXPAT HEALTH INSURANCE IN DENMARK

Hello everyone!!!

We are a Indian couple moving to Denmark early April 2011. As per the immigration req we need to have International Health Insurance. We checked for a few quotes and it is turning out to be too expensive for the both of us.

Would appreciate if any one could give some info about the type of insurance i need, insurance companies i can check and since we are on resident visa of Denmark wouldn't we be covered by the local insurance companies. Please suggest if there are any local insurance companies in Denmark we can approach for a decent quote.
