Looking to buy beachfront land or existing property- El tunco

HI all!
I am currently looking for the perfect location for my hostel throughout central America and have come across El tunco. I would love any advice on possible properties or locations preferably beachfront in El tunco.
Also any general advice on ease of expats setting up a new business in the area?
