Thanks for all the great info

I'm getting out of the US Air Force after 10 years active duty (6 years spent overseas) and have a potential job lined up in Stuttgart. This site has been awesome in answering a ton of questions I had. This is a completely different experience as a civilian. It was too easy in the past to really on Uncle Sam on stuff like international drivers licenses, moving all your household goods, vehicles, pets etc.

Does anyone regret moving to Germany? If so, why? I fully expect to have some difficulties ie language barriers etc, but does anyone have any complete horror stories?
